We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time and at our sole discretion. As such, we encourage you to check back frequently for updates. Collection and Use of Personal Information

Account Information

We may collect personal information directly from you, for example when you create an account, use the Site, or communicate with us. Examples of information we may collect and use are: name, username, password, email address, language preferences, and location or other identifiable information. We collect and use this information for several purposes, including: to provide and manage our business, the Site and its features, create user accounts, communicate with users including responding to inquiries and requests, troubleshoot, enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use, and defend our legal rights. We also use the information to analyze trends, gain insights, and improve our products and services. With your appropriate consent, the information may also be used for advertising and marketing purposes, including sending you offers, invitations, news, and updates from the Company and our promotional partners.

Technical and Usage Data

Like many websites and online systems, we automatically collect and use certain types of data whenever you access or otherwise interact with the Site. We collect technical data, such as browser names, ISP, operating systems, and computer and device technical information. We also collect usage data such as login and usage times, navigation data, or how certain features of the Site are used. We use this information to recognize you when you return to the Site, deliver content in a format appropriate for your browser and device, analyze and monitor how the Site and features are used, detect and prevent security threats, and deliver and improve the Site and our services for our users.

Customer Information

You and other authorized users of our business may electronically submit and exchange data for hosting and processing purposes. The Company does not review, share or distribute your customer information except as provided in the Terms and Conditions of Use, or as may be required by law. The Company will only access customer data to operate and manage the Site, address technical issues, respond to your request, or as required by law.

De-identification

The Company may de-identify account information as well as technical and usage data that we collect so that it would be very difficult to link that data to you. We may use and share this de-identified data with our service providers and promotional partners for the purposes set out above or for other business purposes.

Transfer and Disclosure of Information

The Company may use third-party service providers to assist in providing and managing the Site or administering certain services on our behalf. As such, we may transfer your information to these third parties and only for the purposes for which you have provided your consent. Each service provider is bound by a written agreement that addresses the requirements of section 18.3 of Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. The Company discloses personal information to third parties when required to do so in accordance with this Policy or by applicable law. Examples of situations in which we may disclose personal information include: to respond to a subpoena, warrant, court order or other legal request; to business partners and third parties in connection with the evaluation of, or the completion of, a sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of assets, bankruptcy, reorganization, or liquidation; to take action regarding illegal activities or violations of the Terms and Conditions of Use; as otherwise required or permitted by law. We may share certain de-identified data with businesses and promotional partners to send you advertisements about products and services you may like. Communication Outside Québec

Some personal information is processed in jurisdictions other than Québec, including in Ontario and the United States. Before communicating personal information outside Québec, the Company conducts a privacy impact assessment and determines that the information would receive adequate protection in light of generally recognized principles regarding the protection of personal information.

Advertising and Marketing Communications

The Company uses a variety of technologies and participates in marketing programs to assist in the performance of its business and the Site as well as for interest-based advertising. We may use cookies, scripts, pixel tags, etags, web beacons, and other similar technologies to help us recognize you, track usage trends and patterns, and tailor advertisements in order to provide you with a personalized marketing experience. We share this information with selected third parties for the purpose of targeting our internet advertisements. As we provide an online service, we rely on emails and other electronic communications to communicate with you about the Site, the Company, and to promote our other products and services. Safeguarding

The privacy and security of your information is important to us. We use reasonable physical, technical, administrative, and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, and disclosure.

The Company requires our service providers to employ similar security measures to help maintain the security of your information. Access to information is restricted to authorized personnel and only for the purposes identified in this Policy. However, please note that the use of the internet includes some risk and we cannot guarantee the protection of personal information.

The security of information is a shared responsibility, and end users are obligated to safeguard their username and password. You agree that you will not disclose your username and password to any third party. The Company is not responsible for any activities of your account and information as a result of such disclosure, whether or not the disclosure was authorized by you.

You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your account.

Storage, Retention and Destruction

Information may be collected, used, disclosed, stored, or otherwise processed by the Company, its affiliates, and/or third-party service providers in a country outside of Canada and/or the United States, and as such, your information may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We keep information only as long as required to provide you the Site and services, as necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which the information was collected, or for a period of time necessary to comply with the Company’s retention policies, applicable law, and any applicable statute of limitation. When the purpose has been fulfilled, the Company destroys or anonymizes the information in accordance with its internal retention and destruction practices. The Privacy Officer is responsible for the keeping and destruction of personal information across its life cycle.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it rectified if it is inaccurate or out of date, and to withdraw your consent to processing that is based on consent.
